Our custom homes typically run in the $350k price range, but the quality of construction and details are what you’d typically find in the $550k range. Our homes are built to last, and our value can’t be beaten by our competitors.
If you start from scratch on a project with us, we work hard to quote your house accurately. Many other custom home builders start with a base price quote that sounds good, but then they require extra fees for basics such as garbage disposals, garage door openers, and anything besides laminate flooring.
Anchor’s base quote starts with all of the things we know you’re going to want in a quality custom home. Our customers often talk about the “Anchor standard”—every home project starts with quality finishes such as hardwood flooring, granite countertops, rounded corners and more. Add-on prices are reserved for things that are actually add-on customization, not basic features.
We know building a home is a significant financial investment. We want as much of that investment to go toward the details of your new home—not paying for us to have an expensive downtown office. Anchor’s home builders work hard to keep our overhead low, and we keep our staff efficient, with John and Annell both wearing many hats.
